Delete your account

In the game

The quickest way. It takes effect straight away.

1. Open Over the River and tap your name at the top of the start screen.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of your profile.
3. Tap Delete forever to confirm.

The game then starts over on that device, as if you'd just installed it.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account.

• Send it from the email address you added in the game, so we know the account is yours.
• If you never added an email, tell us your leaderboard name and roughly when you last played. We may ask a question or two to make sure it's your account.

We'll delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account and its email address
• Your leaderboard name, times and ghosts on every trail
• Your saved progress: coins, XP, sleds, upgrades, trail records and daily tasks
• Your gems and outfit pieces (these can't be brought back afterwards)

This happens on every device that uses the account.

What we keep

Copies in our backups are gone within 30 days. If you ever bought anything, the records of those purchases that the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting are kept only for as long as required, separate from any game data.
